If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the eligible refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy and payment gateway timelines.

We accept online payments through Cashfree and Cash on Delivery for eligible locations in India.

For prepaid orders, payments are securely processed through Cashfree. Herbal Tokri does not store card, UPI, net banking, wallet, or other sensitive payment details.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers can pay the courier partner at the time of delivery, where COD service is available.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Same-day dispatch may be available for orders placed before 2 PM IST, depending on stock availability and courier pickup availability.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on customer location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, address accuracy, and other factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including name, phone number, address, city, state, and PIN code.

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible products. Products must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in original packaging.

Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method. Approved refunds for COD orders may be processed through bank transfer after receiving the required customer details.
