General Return Policy

- It has not been damaged or tampered with during your possession.
Conditions for Damaged, Incorrect, or Expired Products
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or expired product, or if items are missing from your order:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please share clear pictures and a video of the product and packaging with our support team.
- You may choose to either get a replacement or a refund.
Exclusions from Return/Replacement
The following cases are not eligible for return or replacement:

- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers or tags.

Return Process

Return Shipping and Pick-Up
Return shipping is free of charge. We will arrange a pick-up within 2-5 business days of your request approval. Our delivery partner will attempt pick-up twice. If unsuccessful, you can initiate a new request.
Refund Policy
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after you share your bank details. Refund timelines may vary based on your bank's processing time.
