HerbalTokri Green Rewards

Green Rewards is HerbalTokri's free customer appreciation program. Guests and signed-in customers earn automatically on eligible orders using the email entered at checkout. There is no joining or membership fee, and no login is needed to earn.

The first successful email OTP verification receives 250 welcome points once. Every 10 points can provide Rs.1 of eligible checkout savings.

The starting earning rate is 2 points for every Rs.10 of eligible merchandise value. Tier multipliers can increase this rate.

Points are calculated after product discounts, coupons and redeemed reward value. Courier charges are excluded.

Purchase points are created only after an order is marked delivered and paid. They remain pending for 7 days before becoming available, which allows time for delivery or return issues to be resolved.

Seed: Starts at 0 lifetime points, earns at 1x, and may cover up to 20% of an eligible order with points.

Leaf: Starts at 700 lifetime points, earns at 1.2x, may cover up to 40%, and unlocks one free-delivery pass.

Bloom: Starts at 1,600 lifetime points, earns at 1.5x, may cover up to 60%, and unlocks another free-delivery pass.

Grove: Starts at 4,000 lifetime points, earns at 2x, may cover up to 80%, and unlocks another free-delivery pass.

Evergreen: Starts at 7,000 lifetime points, earns at 2.2x, may cover up to 100% of an eligible order, and includes standard lifetime free delivery while the program remains active.

Enter the same email used for earlier orders and verify its six-digit OTP at checkout to see the live balance and permitted redemption amount. Point use is limited by the customer's stage and cannot reduce an order below zero.

Unless HerbalTokri expressly enables combining them, a coupon and reward points cannot be used on the same order. The checkout will clearly show the saving before payment begins.

A one-time delivery pass is consumed only when it removes an otherwise applicable courier charge. Evergreen free delivery does not consume a pass.

Available points expire 365 days after they become usable. The account page shows available, pending and recent reward activity.

Points earned from an order may be reversed if that order is cancelled, returned, refunded, marked failed or returned to origin. Points or a one-time delivery pass used on an order are returned when the applicable cancellation or refund is processed.

Points are promotional benefits. They are not cash, cannot be withdrawn, sold or transferred, and have no value outside HerbalTokri checkout.

One customer should use one genuine account. Fraud, duplicate accounts, manipulated orders or misuse can lead to correction, suspension or removal of points.

HerbalTokri may update earning rules, stages, expiry periods or benefits when operational or legal needs change. Material changes will be reflected on this page and will not alter completed payment totals.
