Payment Policy
At Herbal Tokri, we accept online payments through Cashfree and Cash on Delivery for eligible locations in India. All prices on our website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR).
1. Online Payments
Online payments are securely processed through Cashfree.
Customers may be able to pay using supported payment methods such as UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, wallets, or other payment options available at checkout.
Herbal Tokri does not store card numbers, UPI details, net banking details, wallet details, or any sensitive payment information. Payment information is handled securely by Cashfree.
2. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible locations in India.
If COD is available for your location, you can pay the courier partner at the time of delivery.
COD availability may depend on delivery PIN code, order value, courier service, and other operational factors.
3. Payment Confirmation
After successful payment or order placement, customers may receive confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or the order status page, depending on the contact details provided during checkout.
If you do not receive order confirmation after successful payment, please contact us with your payment reference and order details.
4. Payment Failure
If your online payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, please contact us with your order details and payment reference.
In most cases, failed payment amounts are reversed by the bank, Cashfree, or payment provider as per their timelines.
Herbal Tokri will help verify the payment status, but final reversal timelines depend on the bank, payment provider, or Cashfree.
5. Refunds for Prepaid Orders
If a prepaid order is cancelled or refunded after approval, the refund will be processed to the original payment method as per Cashfree, bank, and payment provider timelines.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and bank.
6. Refunds for COD Orders
For approved Cash on Delivery refunds, we may process the refund through bank transfer, UPI, or another suitable method after receiving the required customer details.
Customers must provide correct refund details to avoid delay.
7. Payment Security
All online payment transactions are processed through Cashfree’s secure payment system.
We do not ask customers to share OTP, card PIN, UPI PIN, net banking password, or sensitive banking information over phone, email, WhatsApp, or chat.
Customers should not share sensitive payment details with anyone claiming to represent Herbal Tokri.
8. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments
If you believe you have made an incorrect or duplicate payment, please contact us with proof of payment, transaction ID, and order details.
After verification, eligible duplicate payments will be refunded as per payment gateway and bank timelines.
